We use your personal information to manage your account and investor profile, process and facilitate your investments in real estate projects, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in Chile, send you communications related to your investments and the platform, improve our services and user experience, and prevent fraud and ensure platform security. 3. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your personal data is based on Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and its subsequent amendments, including Law No. 21,719 which modernizes the personal data protection framework. We process your data under the legal bases of informed consent, contract performance, legal obligation compliance, and Tivzuni's legitimate interest in platform operation.
